No contractor listed or connected through this service is an employee, agent, or representative of Ohio Water Damage Pros.

3. Independent Contractors

Contractors reached through this service are independent businesses responsible for their own licensing, insurance, pricing, workmanship, and compliance with applicable law. Any agreement for work is solely between you and the contractor you engage. You are responsible for verifying licensing and insurance before authorizing work, and for reviewing any written estimate, contract, or change order you are asked to sign.

4. No Warranty of Services

Ohio Water Damage Pros makes no representation or warranty about the quality, timeliness, safety, or outcome of any work performed by a contractor. References to any contractor, or any description of a process or service line, are informational only.

5. Availability

The phone line is staffed around the clock, but connection to a contractor depends on provider participation, geography, technician availability, and demand. Availability is not guaranteed and varies by market. Nothing on this site promises a specific arrival time.

6. No Professional Advice

Content on this site, including blog articles and service descriptions, is general information about water damage and restoration practices. It is not a substitute for inspection by a qualified contractor, nor is it legal, insurance, or engineering advice. Insurance coverage determinations are made by your carrier under the terms of your policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse this site, including attempting to interfere with its operation, scraping it for bulk commercial use, misrepresenting your identity, or placing calls for fraudulent purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

Text, layout, graphics, and code on this site are owned by or licensed to Ohio Water Damage Pros and may not be copied or republished without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

9. Limitation of Liability

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. No Agency or Partnership

Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between Ohio Water Damage Pros and any contractor or homeowner. The service is limited to telephone dispatch, and no party is authorized to make representations on behalf of another.

13. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These terms, together with the disclaimer published on this site, make up the entire agreement between you and Ohio Water Damage Pros regarding use of the site and the phone service.

14. Changes

These terms may be revised at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update, and continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance.
